Kripalu Flow Yoga
Kripalu yoga for all. Learn, develop and grow at your own pace with personal attention. We will explore gentle posture modifications and advanced variations according to individual needs. The attention to details of alignment and safety in postures makes this class great for beginners or to those who want a more traditional meditative practice. Link breath with movement as we flow from posture to posture. Class begins with a seated centering and closes with deep relaxation.
Hara Core Conditioning Yoga poses and movements which identify and strengthen the core muscles of the abdomen and back. Hara Core Conditioning is designed to support the body in any activity, from simply sitting or standing to engaging in vigorous exercise. This class is self paced, yet a challenging and effective way to tone the abdominal muscles and develop overall strength in the body and the mind. Class begins with brief centering and closes with a short relaxation.
My OmAbilities Yoga This class is currently offered for 21+ adults with disabilities is part of Living Innovations' Programming. Please contact Living Innovations to determine eligibility to attend.
